The hotel staff were polite, but I wouldn’t say they were truly attentive or caring toward guests.
When checking in, I asked three times how noisy the room might be since the windows face the street. I was assured that once the windows are closed, the room is completely quiet. Unfortunately, that was not true — loud music from the neighboring hotel played almost all night, and I couldn’t sleep at all.
The only solution offered was that they would “call the neighboring hotel,” which, of course, didn’t help.
For a hotel of this level — one that managed to install an advanced curtain-closing system by phone, but couldn’t simply recommend a quieter room or the right side of the building when a guest clearly emphasized this — it’s definitely not the kind of service that matches the price they charge.

We had a very relaxed stay at Amarande Hotel. The rooms are elegantly designed and the service is very attentive and courteous. It takes 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Agia Napa, however the hotel is nicely situated on a slope offering a good view of the city and the sea. The food, breakfast and dinner, offers great variety and tastes amazing!

My mother, me and my 2 sisters and "Krister" spent 1 week at this beautiful hotel Amarande.
Everything was perfect.
The hotel restaurant served fantastic food.
Wonderful staff, special thanks to the manager Maria and the waitress who served us the best drinks every night.
We will definitely come back again.

Excellent experience!
Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially since I was with someone who has mobility challenges. They made everything really easy and comfortable for us.
The hotel was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s a bit of a walk to the center, about 10–15 minutes, but still very convenient. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxed

Our stay at Amarande Hotel was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail and the professionalism that defines a true adults-only experience. Everything — from the warm welcome to the impeccable service — reflected a high level of care and dedication.
What made our stay even more memorable was the kindness and charm of Maria, the hotel’s manager. She is genuinely caring, always smiling, and goes out of her way to make every guest feel special and comfortable. Her presence adds a personal touch that truly sets Amarande apart.
A wonderful hotel, managed with heart and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a refined, relaxing, and beautifully run adults-only retreat.
