The Avanti Hotel is set in over 40.000 square metres of landscaped grounds, and situated just 250 metres away from the beach. The large lagoon shaped freshwater swimming pool is surrounded by manicured lawns, sub-tropical gardens and spacious sun terraces with ample lounges.

This was our first stay at the avanti hotel staying for 7 nights. When we arrived we were on the 5th floor but requested a ground floor but they did not receive this info from travel agency was told to come down in the morning at 8 which I did and management resolved this within 30 mins was given a lovely ground floor with pool view and a full sized bed for myself as my son and grandson shared the double. Fantastic service. The hotel should be a 5* not a 4 everything is immaculate we have never stayed in a hotel as clean and spotless as the avanti hotel. Can we say that all the staff who work there are lovely and always acknowledge you. Breakfast was fantastic loads of everything to choose from. My grandson richie and son richy thought the pool was fantastic they were in it everyday. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. We would also like to say a big thank to the taxi drivers they were great and a massive thank you to angela and katerina for booking them for us. Plenty of great restaurants and bars near as well as waterpark and beach shopping mall crazy golf and paphos harbour. Have already been to travel agent to get prices for next year will have it booked by next week just need to get dates confirmed as the 3 of us enjoyed it so much and going for 10 days. Writing this on my last full night at the Avanti hotel.
This is our first visit to both Paphos Cyprus and to the Avanti Hotel.
As a family of four, we have enjoyed our 10night stay at the Avanti hotel. The staff (especially Angela on Reception) have all been amazing and so accommodating to our needs- nothing has been too much trouble.
The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well looked after. The pool areas are kept tidy and the entertainment staff work around the clock to keep everyone entertained: morning stretches, French boules, water Yoga, water polo etc.
The evening entertainment can be quite repetitive but is still enjoyable.
Nearby restaurants are lovely and the quality of the food served in them is fantastic.
Overall, we would definitely recommend the Avanti Hotel and would return in the future 🙂

Great hotel, breakfast absolutely fantastic, has everything you could want. Pool is massive and plenty of room for everyone. Location is brilliant, couple of hundred metres to the beach, harbour a 20 minute walk.

Here we are at the Avanti again this is our 4th visit to this great hotel in a row. Such friendly staff throughout the hotel. The entertainment is excellent for children and adults alike. Aqua aerobics is an excellent way to start your day with Ash also, boules, archery, and water polo for kids and adults separate. Which is great fun way to get ti meet people.

Hotel is spotless rooms very clean can not fault hotel staff so friendly if I’m honest breakfast does not have that not much choice if you go after half nine food is cold also the hotel operates cashless so if you need drinks or food it’s contactless or room tab so cash is not king in this hotel.. not much nightlife when you get out the hotel the beaches are clean but not the best with space very small beaches and if you want a chilled quiet holiday this is for you .. but was looking for a bit more nightlife we are 52 yrs old couple and it was quite for us !! And this honest review
