The hotel's modern architecture and luxurious interior decoration are designed to attract discerning holidaymakers in search of that something that makes a good holiday great.
The Avanti Hotel is set in over 40.000 square metres of landscaped grounds, and situated just 250 metres away from the beach. The large lagoon shaped freshwater swimming pool is surrounded by manicured lawns, sub-tropical gardens and spacious sun terraces with ample lounges.

Just had 2 weeks at the Avanti, couldn't really find a negative. The room was fine with free air con an fridge, did have to pay 32 e for safe. We were b and b breakfast was buffet and of good quality. The pool was large but there is a towel rush for sunbeds which are well spaced. The staff are fantastic very helpful and friendly. It's not 5 star but a very acceptable hotel would recommend.
I recently stayed at the Avanti Hotel for a week while attending a wedding. As a solo traveler, I was drawn to its competitive pricing compared to beachfront hotels. It was half the price hence offered excellent value.
The bar was a standout, with daily cocktail specials at €3.50 and a pint of shandy for just €4. The €4 ouzo special was a refreshing treat. The on-site shop was also reasonably priced, offering a variety of snacks and drinks.
The hotel's location is ideal, with numerous restaurants, car rental agencies, shops, and bus stops nearby. Popular Paphos attractions are easily accessible.
I travelled end of September and most guests were over 60 and many guests were returning visitors, a testament to the hotel.
The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the mature, well-manicured gardens created a delightful ambiance.
The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the pastry selection could be improved. Overall, the breakfast was satisfying.
If you're seeking a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location, I recommend the Avanti.

Recently returned from a 14 day stay (B&B) at this hotel, thought I would share my views.
Rooms - nice and kept very clean
Common areas - spotless, they keep the place very tidy but could do with someone walking around the pool during the day collecting empty cups.
Pool - very nice, it's warm and my preference would have been for it to be cooler due to the heat.....but the indoor pool is lovely for that.
Breakfast - Not fantastic but not awful.
Staff - all pretty friendly, the guys at the Indoor bar at night were a good laugh.
Overall, it's a good hotel and a nice place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay at Avanti Hotel!
We had an amazing stay at the Avanti Hotel, staying in rooms 3083 and 3084. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Special mention to Victoria at reception, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The entertainment team, including Ash, Tani, Esteban, and Bruno, were equally impressive, providing great activities and shows that kept us entertained throughout our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience! Just one suggestion to make the stay even more exceptional: consider upgrading the TVs in the rooms.

Once again a brilliant stay at the Avanti Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the whole staff from reception, dining room and both the pool bar and night time bar and waiting staff. The whole Hotel is kept very clean by the cleaner's and housekeeping. The pool is always clean and tidy with a pleasant and friendly relaxing atmosphere. We can't praise enough the whole entertainment team and especially Ash, always happy, smiling and full of energy, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and always has time for a friendly chat.
We will definitely be back again, thank you Avanti Hotel and team for another brilliant stay.
