Do you enjoy touching the bowl while taking a dump? Light while sleeping? The smell from the toilet in your room? Skin drying soap like old times? Paying euro per night to use the safe in the room you already paid for? Do you expect your "4 stars" hotel to pack you breakfast on your early rise to the airport after paying for breakfast? Do you enjoy hearing other rooms? Hallways? The smell of smoke? This place is for you! Else, it's not. Almost forgot, the toilet paper is a sandpaper that falls apart before even reaching the target area.

Average hotel with some advantages and disandvantages. The advantages are friendly and organized staff (receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters). Food table satisfies me as a guest. Good location very close to the kings mall. Room interior is outdated, not a nice view on the street and buildings. Doors when they are shut make a lot of noise.

Nice hotel with great staff and good food. Meals were super nice (desserts are the part that disappointed us). Pool has plenty chairs and there is always someone around cleaning. They offer towels for the pool free of charge. Room was clean but it needs renovation.

We stayed in this hotel in May 24 and had a great time. Our room was one of the older style rooms on the ground floor towards the back of the swimming pool. It was basic but clean and had everything needed. Food was really good. The vegan options were great and very appreciated. They were different every day. Staff were lovely in all areas and entertainment great. The hotel is in a good location. In the evening, staff ensured that your drink was topped up. Thank you to all.

We recently spent a week at this hotel with our family, and while we had some wonderful experiences, there were also a few areas that fell short. Starting with the negatives, the room was relatively outdated, with uncomfortable beds and an old-fashioned bathroom. Overall, the room was disappointing, offering few TV channels and a lack of essential amenities. Room service missed our room twice during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the balcony had no lighting, leaving us sitting in the dark each evening—a rather confusing oversight. Around the pool area, we found there weren't enough sunbeds, and occasionally, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the pool drainage. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The meals were consistently outstanding throughout our stay, and the entertainment team was exceptional, offering a broad and enjoyable variety of evening performances. Overall, the hotel staff was fantastic, and the facilities were well-maintained. Special mention must go to Georgios, the kitchen manager. He is a remarkable individual, highly professional, and provided us with fantastic service. On a personal level, he was simply amazing. Gabriel at the reception also stood out, offering exceptional service from the moment we arrived. In conclusion, despite the shortcomings, the excellent staff made our stay enjoyable, and we would still recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the team and everyone who contributed to our experience.
