WOW WOW WOW!!!
Absolutely amazing from start to finish, ten days in the sun in this beautiful hotel.
The food was superb, the staff can’t do enough, it’s exceptionally clean.
All the staff are amazing, a special Thankyou to the dinner service staff and management who knew my son was struggling in the busy environment and reserved a table for us for every meal everyday in the quietest most spacious part of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Thankyou for being so kind and accommodating. Made our ten days so special.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly but had a few issues. Bottled water not included in all inclusive which is ridiculous, no information about check out given to us, and evening entertainment needs an update. But overall , a nice hotel

Excellent from start to finish. Amazing staff, lovely clean hotel & plenty of choice at meal times. Entertainment team were brilliant for both children & adults. We were so impressed we booked for next year while we were still there 🙂

Only had the breakfast. It was what you'd expect, not fancy, but everything was cooked well.

• Pools were clean and well maintained. Not too busy when we were there.
• Evening entertainment was good, rooms also kept out the noise very well.
• Plenty to do at the hotel without hidden charges. Short walk to bars and the mall.

• A lot of the entertainment equipment was tired, pool queues missing tips, tattered paddles.
• The road it is located on doesn't look as nice as the hotel is.
Summary
We stayed as a couple intending to be out exploring for most of the day and evening but did use the pool. Could see it as a great family holiday location, but that still didn't impact us having no children.

Well from start to finish what can I say on arrival this place was absolutely beautiful to look at one of the staff. Gabriel attended to our needs straight away when we went to our room. Unfortunately our toilet was leaking but after telling staff they quickly fixed it Unfortunately the food was also unavailable at that time but lucky for us. George and georges were very helpful and attended to our needs by sorting food out for us and again the whole way through our holiday. George catered to all of our family needs even making things that were not on the menu. I would highly recommend the Mayfair gardens if you have any problems. They will deal with it straight away. There's a lot of English staff here to help you very clean hotel. There's a couple of pools that are available to us and the indoor pool in the winter. Larissa is an absolutely amazing bar stuff. She also catered to all of our needs and was very attentive to us if Larissa was my staff I would highly recommend her to have a pay rise as she is one of the quickest best workers out of all the team here. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for Larissa
