The Melpo Antia Luxury Apartments and Suites opened its doors in April 2013 after undergoing complete renovation to four star standards offering an oasis of tranquillity in the centre of Ayia Napa and five minutes walk from Limanaki Beach.
The design is contemporary and chic but yet very cosy. All apartments and suites have been redesigned from scratch and feature state of the art facilities including a fully equipped kitchenette with granite worktops and full sized refrigerator, oven and electric hob, modern large showers and baths, luxurious designer furniture, flat televisions with a multitude of satellite channels, free safe box, hairdryer, pool towels and wireless internet throughout the hotel.
Melpo Antia offers a variety of food and beverage outlets with its modern breakfast buffet restaurant, the outdoor pool bar and restaurant serving a la carte food and snacks throughout the day, the new trendy Frankie’s Bar and Grill and The Bakery Co. which offers freshly baked breads and snacks, supermarket items and Gloria Jean’s Gourmet coffees throughout the day and night.

The Hotel had around 50 kids doing a football tournament and do this often I was told. You could not get in the pool late afternoon 30 kids screaming. In the morning it was unbearable with 50 plus kids 7 to 8 years old running down the corridors and going crazy at breakfast helping themselves as there were on a few coaches looking after them.
Playing football in the corridors and in there rooms against the walls.
People stopping there had all had enough and also the staff.
If you stop here be aware that you could drop on this on your holiday and ruin it like it did with many others

My overall valuation: good value for money and excellent and cheap food at the cooperating restaurants Avra and Frankie's . Good breakfast at yhe hotel and nice and clean pool.
The hotel lobby is nicely decorated and the reception staff is kind and flexible.
The apartment overall is clean, no smell, good value for your money. Bathroom - good, shower has good hot water, pressure, good shower gel and shampoo. The bed was a bit too soft, pillows way too firm.
Separate room for us and kids in the living room on comfi beds.
Smart tv available.
Kitchen well equipped - small oven, big fridge, freezer.
No tea or coffee is available in the room. (Take your own)
I would definitely visit this hotel again!

Hats off to Elena- the best person you can come across! Nothing was too much of a trouble for Elena- She made our stay special and unforgettable! My children already asking when we are coming back.
The public area was tidy and clean, the swimming pool area also cared for on regular basis.
Loved staying at Melpo Antia.
Rooms require maintenance, we had to move room due to loud condensing unit outside our room but staff were happy to assist. Our 2nd room has damage in bathroom roof and an unpleasant smell.
Breakfast buffet offers decent selection, hotel looks clean at first glance. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Some rooms can be noisy with bars and clubs nearby.

The room was big and spacious and bathrooms are very spacious. We encountered some difficulties at the moment of entering for the first time to the room (there were some dirty towels)
By the time of getting it fixed, the hotel manager was very predisposed to assist, and the we were compensated accordingly. The hotel has a lot of open spaces to chill seat or work which was an advantage.
Location is premium. Close to restaurants, bars, etc
Rooms
Studios Suites: Suitable to accommodates 2-3 persons. A spacious and well equipped room which combines a modern bedroom and state of the art kitchenette facilities in the same area. All studios have a modern kitchen, full air-condition, bath or shower with WC, safe box, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator with freezer, telephone and wireless internet connection with charge.
One bedroom Suites: Suitable to accommodates 2-4 persons. All the rooms have a separate richly equipped bedroom and a modern living room with state of the art kitchenette facilities. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, have bath or shower with WC, safe box, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, and refrigerator with freezer, telephone and wireless internet connection with charge. Some of them are facing the pool.
Dining
Indoor restaurant: fully air-conditioned buffet restaurant open for breakfast 7:00-10:00 and Dinner 18:30-21:30.
Outdoor pool Bar: open from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. Located close to pool and serves exotic cocktail, cold Beers and a large variety of refreshments.
Outdoor pool restaurant: Ala carte restaurant around the pool area, serves delicious international dishes, lunch snacks and homemade desserts. Open from 10:00 am to 23:00 pm.
Frankie’s Bar and grill: The trendy new addition to Ayia Napa’s dining and lounging . Serves delicious meat and fish dishes from around the world, fresh pastas, selected salads and genuine hot stone Italian Pizzas. One of the resort’s favourite spots for all live sports. Open from 10:00 until late. Special discount is offered for all hotel guests.
The Bakery Co. (Food mall): The brand new hotel outlet with easy access from the hotel public areas is open to serve the hotel clients hot snacks, salads, deli sandwiches, Fresh juices, supermarket goods, Italian homemade ice cream and the ultimate hot and cold coffees by Gloria Jean’s. The shop is open 24hour during the summer period and from 6:00 am until late all the other months. Special discount is offered for all hotel guests.
Recreation
Swimming Pool: Fresh water, Modern design, comfortable pool furniture and sun loungers, parasols, fourteen seats outdoor Jacuzzi, separate children’s paddling pool, free pool towels and the calming pool music create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation within the unit.
Activities: Fully air-conditioned gym room well equipped with new training equipment, treadmill, multi gym unit, and free weights. Open from 8:00 until 10:00 and is free of charge. Sauna and massage are available in different packages with appointments on request.
Entertainment: Regular evening entertainment including live music and shows, big screen TVs for sports and events around the Bars and restaurants.
