I've got nothing to say just one word, excellent. The stuff was amazing and really helpful, the cleaning ladies were amazing they really knew what they are doing. At the restaurant the food was amazing especially the breakfast and also Mr. Lazaros was really a really nice person also he was very helpful. Also when me and my fiance arrived we noticed that we didn't had slippers in our room, then i asked at the customer service if we are allowed to have slippers they said that because we've booked the room through a 3rd party we weren't allowed but the lady at the customer service didn't left it there she was really helpful, she told me to wait a sec and in a matter of seconds the manager arrived and he and the lady they provide us with sleepers. It was a great experience and we will be coming back for sure

Clean, comfortable, kind staff, great pool area. Daniella at the reception is the best! Close to everything really. Hint: ask for a non street facing room - Tommy's Pub across the road is insanely loud.

I got double bed bedroom for me and my fiance we ended up having two single beds pushed together I asked staff to change beds. Staff didint care arguing me that I made mistakes in booking double bed bedroom even tho I had receipt saying otherwise. Beds are terrible and uncomfortable pillows seems to be designed to ruin your neck. Outside pool area seems clean untill you get in water. Next time iam in ayia napa definitely never coming back to this hotel make sure you read everything about hotels. Even tho this hotel was marketed to me as romantic 4 star hotel It felt as if it's 2 star hotel that has nothing oriented about romance. Some staff member in breakfast greating are not happy they will seem as trying to attack Breakfast itself is almost cold by the time you sit down most of the food is fully cold. Best thing about staff is cleaning ladies that look after rooms.

The Hotel is the best in Cyprus we have had an amazing stay. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming every day. Lazaros who is a true gentleman looks after his team and makes sure you are always happy at the hotel. Chef Hambi and his team provide a great range of lovely food throughout the day. Asmat and his cousin Khan who look after the bar are brilliant people offering a great range of daily drinks to guests and as we was all inclusive I can only say we could of not asked for better service they are true gentleman and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard with clean Towels daily or as and when requested. Very friendly cleaners also a credit to the Hotel. If they look after the staff they will keep a great team and you’ll enjoy your stay. Definitely visit again.

1 bed apartment, design and layout good and soundproofing fairly good apart from the corridor noise at times. Pools ok sufficient, could really benefit from just 2 or 3 slides for children. Staff hit and miss - some are okay some more friendly, housekeeping generally good. The gym is fine, does the job and nice quiet atmosphere. I wouldn't stay here again if it wasn't for the location, at best it's 3star definitely not 4. The best thing about the apartments is the balcony as the design feels that your neighbour isn't too close.
