The Melpo Antia Luxury Apartments and Suites opened its doors in April 2013 after undergoing complete renovation to four star standards offering an oasis of tranquillity in the centre of Ayia Napa and five minutes walk from Limanaki Beach.
The design is contemporary and chic but yet very cosy. All apartments and suites have been redesigned from scratch and feature state of the art facilities including a fully equipped kitchenette with granite worktops and full sized refrigerator, oven and electric hob, modern large showers and baths, luxurious designer furniture, flat televisions with a multitude of satellite channels, free safe box, hairdryer, pool towels and wireless internet throughout the hotel.
Melpo Antia offers a variety of food and beverage outlets with its modern breakfast buffet restaurant, the outdoor pool bar and restaurant serving a la carte food and snacks throughout the day, the new trendy Frankie’s Bar and Grill and The Bakery Co. which offers freshly baked breads and snacks, supermarket items and Gloria Jean’s Gourmet coffees throughout the day and night.

Noise! This is the main problem. The hotel is located at the intersection of 2 main streets of Ayia Napa where many drivers use every opportunity to be as loud as possible. Engines revving, music banging - this may be a place for partying, but not for romantic or peaceful vacation. The hotel is 2, maybe 3 stars, but not even remotely close to 4. Sound proofing is terrible, rooms have only the basics covered, but not as a 4 star hotel should have.
On the positive side, the hotel has 2 decent pools, enough sunbeds, there is a gym, but you have to pay to use sauna for instance. The staff is nice and there are themed music evenings organized, which is nice.
Overall, I am sure there are much better places to stay in Ayia Napa if you want piece and quiet.

Just spent a wonderful stress-free weekend there. Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere, even to the beach. So no need to drive or get a taxi back to the hotel after a night out in Ayia Napa. Our room was very spacious and the bed really comfortable. The restaurants nearby which are managed by the same group as the hotel are excellent. We tried Megu and Frankie's and, of course, the fantastic ice cream and the amazing "bugatsas" from the Bakery. Everything highly recommended.

the reception is 5* but you can focus more on the cleaning of the rooms. the maids are taking laud in the morning, probably among themselves and the terrace is not washed. I had to ask at the reception for the shower gel to be filled and that never happened. In a 4* hotel the policy of changing the towels should be more often, I think this was done once in 5 days. The breakfast was good but the dinner could have been better in the sense that I haven't seen too many Cypriot products on the table. You focus too much on international cuisine that you don't have the chefs prepared to cook them as they should: for example Mexican dishes - the beef in fajitas was like rubber. Stick to the dishes you know to cook best and do them well. The reception and the friendlies of the staff there is suitable to a 5* hotel.

The location is very good. Not beach level but in the middle of all.
The rooms and rooms the hotels looks very good, new and great cleaning condition.
Has two outside pools and multiple bars.
The staff is nice but has many restrictions and as customer you hear all the time “no”.
No change pool towels on daily basis.
No towel in the gym
No water in the gym
No additional coffee/tea bags to the room
No return to breakfast for additional coffee

Overall, a great hotel for this price. I was pleasantly surprised with everything from food, to service and the location. The food was different every day, some meals were repeated but it was very tasty and fresh. Very lovely staff who are extremely helpful and even gave us a packed food before we left as we missed breakfast! The location is brill, with less than 10mins to the beach, 10mins to the clubs and bars, and shops and good stores all outside the hotel within walking distance. Clean pools and areas, comfy pool beds and people were not fighting for sunbeds. Not much entertainment but when they had live music it was nice!

Studios Suites: Suitable to accommodates 2-3 persons. A spacious and well equipped room which combines a modern bedroom and state of the art kitchenette facilities in the same area. All studios have a modern kitchen, full air-condition, bath or shower with WC, safe box, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator with freezer, telephone and wireless internet connection with charge.
One bedroom Suites: Suitable to accommodates 2-4 persons. All the rooms have a separate richly equipped bedroom and a modern living room with state of the art kitchenette facilities. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, have bath or shower with WC, safe box, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, and refrigerator with freezer, telephone and wireless internet connection with charge. Some of them are facing the pool.
Dining
Indoor restaurant: fully air-conditioned buffet restaurant open for breakfast 7:00-10:00 and Dinner 18:30-21:30.
Outdoor pool Bar: open from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. Located close to pool and serves exotic cocktail, cold Beers and a large variety of refreshments.
Outdoor pool restaurant: Ala carte restaurant around the pool area, serves delicious international dishes, lunch snacks and homemade desserts. Open from 10:00 am to 23:00 pm.
Frankie’s Bar and grill: The trendy new addition to Ayia Napa’s dining and lounging . Serves delicious meat and fish dishes from around the world, fresh pastas, selected salads and genuine hot stone Italian Pizzas. One of the resort’s favourite spots for all live sports. Open from 10:00 until late. Special discount is offered for all hotel guests.
The Bakery Co. (Food mall): The brand new hotel outlet with easy access from the hotel public areas is open to serve the hotel clients hot snacks, salads, deli sandwiches, Fresh juices, supermarket goods, Italian homemade ice cream and the ultimate hot and cold coffees by Gloria Jean’s. The shop is open 24hour during the summer period and from 6:00 am until late all the other months. Special discount is offered for all hotel guests.
Recreation
Swimming Pool: Fresh water, Modern design, comfortable pool furniture and sun loungers, parasols, fourteen seats outdoor Jacuzzi, separate children’s paddling pool, free pool towels and the calming pool music create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation within the unit.
Activities: Fully air-conditioned gym room well equipped with new training equipment, treadmill, multi gym unit, and free weights. Open from 8:00 until 10:00 and is free of charge. Sauna and massage are available in different packages with appointments on request.
Entertainment: Regular evening entertainment including live music and shows, big screen TVs for sports and events around the Bars and restaurants.
