Rooms were nice and very spacious but the daily cleaning service was very poor. The customer service at the reception was also very bad, unfriendly and unwilling to help. The staff in the restaurant was excellent, very polite, nice and friendly and the food was also nice. The hotel is situated directly in the city center so it was noisy during the night. Even in the hallway by the hotel rooms the young clients of the hotel were having parties untill 5 o’clock in the morning so if you have small kids or you want to sleep during the night without beeing disturbed by the noise I don’t recommend this hotel. The closest beach was 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel and the sea was not very clean. I recommemd to rent a car and go to other beaches, e.g. Makronissos, Nissi, Figtree beach or Vryssi. These beaches are beautiful, clean, with white sand, water there is very clean and turquoise.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. Special thanks to the reception staff for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. It was lovely to meet Lina, who is Lithuanian, and she provided exceptional, professional service throughout our stay. Daniela was also lovely, friendly, and professional. The location is excellent, with shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. Despite being in the centre of Ayia Napa, noise levels were minimal. We stayed in both a street-facing room and a courtyard-facing room. The courtyard room was very quiet, while the street-facing room had only slight noise when the balcony doors were open. We enjoyed the pool bar, which offers great cocktails at reasonable prices (€6-€8, with a daily special at €4.50). Thank you to Ibram and Zigi for their excellent service. The themed dinners were enjoyable and the food was good, although the quality of the house wine could be improved. Breakfast offered plenty of choice but became repetitive after a week. It would be nice to occasionally include options such as smoothies, a detox station, made-to-order omelettes, or poached eggs. Suggestions for Improvement The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is advertised as an adults-only relaxation area with decked sunbeds. However, during our stay, children were allowed to use this pool when accompanied by parents. While I understand the intention, this made it difficult for adults seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment. I believe it would be beneficial to make this area exclusively available to guests aged 16 and over. I also noticed that during the late afternoon, particularly between 4 pm and 6 pm, there were often empty cocktail cups left around the pool area, with some even floating in the water. This detracts from the overall appearance of the facilities and could be addressed through more frequent checks and collections. Finally, the pool water was surprisingly warm, almost matching the daily air temperatures of around 35°C. A slightly cooler pool would provide a much more refreshing and enjoyable experience during the hot summer months.

Reception had new employees which were unable to handle demanding customers due to lack of Greek language causing long waiting for check in. Room was very clean and big. Unfortunately, the TV had no signal and service guy was not able to repair. No other solution was offered. The breakfast area was not organized. Staff stood always in the way. They were cleaning up our table while I was still chewing on my last bite.

We spent a lovely 3 days in this hotel, the rooms are very modern, even a little too modern (the bathroom light couldn't be switched on and off manually which would be convenient in some cases.) It had a really nice balcony, around it small lights and water fountains. The bed was comfortable, a little too soft for us personally and they were two separate beds moved together so if you want to sleep close to each other expect the gap between them. The food was definitely the highlight of our stay, a big buffet with a good variety of really really tasty food. I've never been so excited about salads in my life, they were so fresh and colorful. They always had traditional food as well, very good meat that they cut in front of you and (I guess homemade) desserts. Water is included with dinner, for the other drinks you pay extra, 5dl apple juice was 2.5€. There are also good breakfast options, pancakes, porridge, very good bread, pastries, fresh vegetables, eggs, omelette, fruits, yogurt, local cheese, bacon and many others. Olive oil and balsamico which I really appriciated. Breakfast times were from 7:00-10:30 and dinner from 18:30-21:00. I definitely recommend getting the half board package. The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance from the beach (6-8 minutes). They also have partner shops where you get a discount (5-10%) during your stay, they are right next to the hotel. We also got this 10% discount for the Harmony Spa, which we didn't end up using. You pay for every service, we thought the sauna was included but it's not. You can use the gym free of charge and there's a reading corner with many books in different languages.

Rooms are very spacious. We booked this hotel because our flight was canceled and we had to extend our stay, the hotel was very gracious and accomedated our needs that caused us to extend our stay. Brekfest is limited, not much of varaity, location is excellent close to the brach and great resturants. And the in-house bakery-market is fantastic, very recommended.
