We recently stayed here and had a lovely, peaceful break. The hotel was very quiet and we were lucky with the weather—never had an issue getting a sunbed and managed to completely unwind. A real highlight was Harmony Spa: absolutely amazing! The manager was super friendly, and when our hairdryer stopped working in the room it was replaced immediately without any fuss. A special mention to Lazarus and Panitos (please excuse any spelling errors) in the restaurant—both so warm, welcoming and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fresh, enjoyable, and you could really see how hard the restaurant team work every day. Reception were also helpful, check-in was smooth, and our room was modern, clean and a perfect base for our stay. The only downside for us was the poolside bar. It was so quiet being end of season, yet we found ourselves constantly having to chase to be served. One staff member appeared more interested in his phone and threw it down in frustration while we were waiting, which came across aggressive, and the lady working alongside him was quite blunt and lacked customer service skills. We raised this directly with management, and it was taken on board, and we have since seen it echoed in other reviews so hopefully improvement follows. Despite this, we didn’t let it overshadow our holiday. The majority of staff here are hard-working, friendly and truly deserve recognition. With some improvement at the pool bar, this hotel has the potential to be exceptional — and the issue certainly wouldn’t put us off returning.

Booked a one bedroom suite, first inkling of trouble were the ants on the kitchen and living room floors. Change of rooms solved that but the room itself was very tired, likely not reno’d since the mid ‘80’s with IKEA type furniture. Kitchen included an oven but no microwave or coffee maker. We were expected to wash our own dishes though soaps and towels not provided. The bathroom did not have an electrical outlet, one cup for 2 people and a soap dispenser mounted by the sink rather than inside the shower stall. Hot water more warm and a 2-3 minute wait. Beds were firm which was fine, the two single mattresses pushed together to make a double not so fine. No ironing board though I think was available for a €10 refundable deposit, a first for me. All of the above under the guise of 4 star luxury suites’. Clearly this company invests in the common areas (lobby, pool, spa) whereas what’s needed is a total refresh of the rooms. Did I mention the front desk was unenthusiastic? Price point attracts their clients, but value lacking, a classic example of ‘getting what you pay for’. Upside was the excellent buffet breakfast and lovely pool area. But I don’t swim and I would never return.

Everything was perfect during my stay. The food was excellent at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the same every day, but it offers plenty of variety so it’s not an issue. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the drinks were great. The location is excellent, right in the center and very close to everything. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

It's my first time in Cyprus and this hotel was ok . But my interpretation of the staff was that a lot of them were not happy to be there. There was one amazing staff and that was Elena at the reception, she was always with a smile on her face, So helpful with everything. A big plus is the 10% discount you have to the restaurants next to the hotel. But the rooms need some renovation caused by humidity.

The hotel has a great location and a nice pool, but the service in the bars and restaurants was disappointing – no smiles, no friendliness, which really affected the experience. The food was very repetitive, the same every day. For this price, you can definitely find a better option. Reception staff was also unhelpful – our request to change the room was met with indifference.
