Avoid at all cost. Better to sleep on the street. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. At least the so called bungalows.
First of all, we wanted to stay for three nights, but they force you to book minimum four. So we got one extra night of hell. Yay!
When we arrived, we got the key card at the reception, and nobody came with us to show us the room. It was across the street from the hotel.
The first night, the room was crawling with small ants everywhere, and I mean everywhere: floors, walls, furniture, bed sheets, pillows, table, kitchen sink and countertop, etc. Besides the ants, there were also small spiders and other bugs.
Someone came with a spray. We bought baking soda from a store nearby and placed some around the key areas. Ants don't like salt / soda. The following day, we got a complementary sparkling wine for the trouble and some clean bed sheets. The AC filters ar not clean, it smeleed like urine and made us sick, so we skipped on the wine and had to take medicine instead. The AC also turned itself off randomly from time to time.
Following nights, we got water dripping down from the room above (yes, you also have neighbors above). I announced the issue at the reception at noon (around 12 PM) and went to the beach. When we returned, there was water everywhere. Had to go to reception again and they tried to move us to another room (which would have been a good idea, but we had 6 luggage pieces, baby stroller, etc.). Instead, they fixed the issue while we had dinner. Dinner and breakfast were pretty good, btw.
Final day, we got some huge cockroaches roaming around. Considering we were already packing up to leave, I took some pictures and did not bother anymore with the reception. By this time, we were already too tired and just wanted to get home already.
Final note, they did provide us with a free baby cot, which was great, as we couldn't let our baby roam the floor (because of the ants, spiders, cockroaches, flood water, dirt, etc.)
Disappointed beyond measure that this people even have a license to operate in such poor state of affairs. A renovation is long over due, but until then, it should be closed for health and safety reasons.

A really lovely hotel, with an amazing pool, a great buffet with a different theme every day, and incredibly friendly staff. It's not too large and it had a relaxed feeling with guests from many different countries and no rowdiness. The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile.

Nissiana Hotel is located just off Nissi beach, at 5 minutes walking distance which makes it a perfect location. It is also on Nissi avenue, in close proximity to many restaurants and supermarkets.
It is considered a 3 star hotel but feels more.
The breakfast is really great, we have enjoyed it everyday. The coffee is good too. We also paid for lunch, just because it was convenient, but the lunch was not too good to our taste and priced similarly to any restaurant in the area, so I would rather recommend going to Gardens or Dione, both are 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
You can get adapters at the reception for a small deposit.
For families this hotel is a very good choice as it is very kid friendly. The pool is nice, although the water is pretty warm and this time of year especially at noon. The area around the pool has umbrellas and sun beds, a bar, playground for little children and a small shallow pool for toddlers.
There is also a small pool in the underground floor, but unfortunately it was always locked for reasons unknown.
The gym has many different facilities and is well maintained.
We had two family rooms, each had two twin beds and one huge full size bed, a small refrigerator, TV, A/C, bath tub and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. They were cleaned daily.
Despite the somewhat outdated and kinda hospital-looking corridors , the rooms themselves are nice and in good condition.
Wifi is available everywhere in the hotel.
If you rent a car, the hotel has parking as well.
Rented the bungalow for a week. Big enough for a family.Has a ground and first floor. Food was amazing and staff's are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Nissi beach. Highly recommend this place.

Quite dated when it comes to the estetics like the furniture etc. However really nice kept and clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and amazing location 5 minutes from Nissi beach. We had a bungalow, recommend that to everyone!
