On arrival at the hotel we was met by two male members of staff very friendly. Checked in told us we had a lovely room. Sea & pool view. We entered our room and it was decorated by two swans in roses it was our Anniversary. Lovely touch. No TUI uk rep on site only on the app. Which 3 days to chat to someone. I don’t think this hotel like British people. Quite a few were rude and simply ignored us. Roof top burger bar. Stunning views, food and staff. Breakfast… Christina made the best omelette to your liking. There is a gentleman going around topping up with fresh fruit, meat , breads & cheese etc. Breakfast was simply amazing. There is a young girl Andrea who gives out fresh towels daily, she’s very polite. Main reception were very helpful. Hired biked 10€ each all day. Local buses very cheap to protaras beautiful place and plenty of bars along the beach. You can go swimming with the turtles just passed king Jason hotel. Pool bar.. expensive if your B&B Lots of beds no need to rush and save. Showers and a changing room by the pool. While waiting for our transport a TUI rep is seated with her guests chatting about the area with complimentary drinks from the bar. I will be contacting TUI because there is so much in the area that we didn’t know about. This hotel needs a TUI Rep. But we had the best time ever celebrating our anniversary.

Very nice stay at the hotel - was excellent! I especially liked the breakfast buffet, high quality (!) and great choice and almond milk on the buffet - so you do not need to bother staff for this! Only thing to mention; one waiter - upon our arrival - she tried to send us to other restaurants further down the street, because the kitchen from the main restaurant has just closed. If I didnt know about the hotel roof top restaurant INSIDE the hotel I would have followed her advise. (!)

My partner and I recently stayed at the Grecian Sands Hotel for our first holiday together, and we are absolutely delighted with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure we had a magical stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an executive studio room with a pool view. The room was immaculate and spacious, and we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a delightful touch—even for someone who doesn't usually drink wine, it was fantastic! We had a minibar in our room, offering a selection of drinks which you pay towards the end of your stay. The hospitality at Grecian Sands Hotel was top-notch. Every member of the staff greetings us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was evident in every interaction, whether we were entering or leaving the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was consistently excellent, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. From cereal and continental breakfast items to pastries, cakes, fresh juices, and a selection of teas and coffees, there was always something new to try each day. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with our room being serviced daily without fail. Fresh towels, bottled water, and a general tidy-up were provided each day, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers available. The pool was initially cool, especially on windy days, but once we took the first dip, it was perfect. There was also a sandy area with loungers that offered a beautiful view of the sea. A short walk down some steps led us directly to the beach, which was simply stunning. Meeting the manager, Avraam, in person was a highlight. He was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making our stay even more special. An unexpected delight was the presence of a cute stray cat near the outside sofa loungers. It added a charming touch to our relaxation time, happily accepting a cuddle if we sat down. For those needing transportation, the hotel is conveniently located near bus stops—just a short walk up a slight hill and across the road. There are also two small shops nearby for snacks, drinks, and other essentials. Additionally, the hotel shop offered a range of items, including clothes and jewellery. If you're seeking a quiet, relaxing atmosphere away from the central hustle and bustle of Ayiaa Napa, the Grecian Sands Hotel is the perfect choice. It's easy to get to the main center by bus or taxi (about 10 euros for a taxi) whenever you want to explore the lively area filled with souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants, and clubs. While we didn’t indulge in the nightlife, we enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Overall, if you’re looking for a serene retreat in Ayia Napa with the option to easily access the vibrant city center, Grecian Sands Hotel is your best bet. We are so grateful to the hotel manager and all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience. I've been recommending this hotel to everyone since returning to the UK, and we can’t wait to visit again someday! Thank you again for having us !

We spent a week at this wonderful hotel in the beginning of May, and couldn't be more pleased. It is situated within walking distance from the city centre, which is perfect if you're looking for a quieter place, yet want to have easy access to shops and nightlife. The hotel has a private little beach area where sunbeds and umbrellas are included, and they also provide free beach towels which is much appreciated! From this area, a stair leads down to the public beach where you can access the crystal clear ocean. There are also plenty of sunbeds available around the pool area. The breakfast has a lot to offer (the Greek yoghurt was amazing!!). They also offer lunch and drinks at the bar/cafe beside the pool which you can enjoy having at the cozy seating/lounge area. We found the hotel being very clean and well taken care of, and slept like a baby in their comfortable beds. 😊 Staff is very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

Overall a very good hotel. Renovated rooms and facilities. The room was done nicely and with good quality furniture and materials. Big size shower and large wash basin for all the bottles. We had sea view family room which is basically 2 interconnected rooms. Nice roof top restaurant. Brkfst is ok. Very nice walking path along the beach connecting several hotels and with lots of green lawn. Just stones away from the love bridge. Walking in the city center was a good 20 min distance. We liked the hotel and would recommend it
