This is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked, recommended by friends, and I specifically asked for a nice room since my fiancée is pregnant. When we arrived, we were given a sea view room that seemed fine at first, but soon turned into a nightmare. From day one, there was noise in the hallways during sleeping hours, and every night for ten nights straight, someone above us was moving furniture, playing hockey or golf, or whatever it was—it sounded awful and went on for hours every night. Sure, the hotel can’t control that. But what they can control is hiring housekeeping staff that actually cleans the rooms instead of just making the beds and folding up old, dirty sheets and towels without changing them. We even had a cockroach come into the room, which the hotel explained came in through the balcony, which we didn’t even open since the air conditioning was on. When I complained to the hotel, I got responses that everything was normal and that they couldn’t fix the problem because they were fully booked. The general manager Andreas replied to my email suggesting I go to the reception to fix the problem, which they failed to do three times, claiming the hotel was full and that they couldn’t even switch our room. The elevators reek of alcohol fumes constantly, and I tried not to touch anything to avoid catching something. This hotel should be avoided in every sense of the word—dirty, with rude and unpleasant staff. It’s also in an inconvenient location on a hill away from everything; even though it looks close on the map, it’s exhausting to reach, hidden and hard to access.

Excellent location, really friendly staff and very clean in general. Negatives are the breakfast itself - some of the items weren't so good but a nice selection and really friendly waiters. Also the pool side could have new cushions and some neatening up in general. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAYS!!! Positives Parking- we rented a car and we found it super convenient that we can park at the hotel. Extremely nice staff especially the waiters and receptionists. Had a place to put our luggage when we checked out on the last day and as our flight was late we got the chance to spend another day at the beach and we then took a shower at the pool's changing rooms. Good Breakfast. Loved ❤ the desserts, they serve some delicious moca flavoured cakes. They cleaned our rooms daily. Negatives The room next to us had a baby that would not stop crying but we cannot really chose our neighbours so I don't count that as a con.

We stayed 9 nights in this hotel. Hotel is far away from the 4*, it shouldn't be rated more than 2*, and I am saying this as someone who visited more than 100 countries and uncountable number of hotels of all ranges. Very basic, with limited amenities, as 3in1 shampoo, shower gel, conditioner., etc. No any additional amenities, which all 4* hotels are equipped with. No iron and ironing board in the rooms. We got two spit beds, and all the rooms were fully booked. Profile of the guest is family with a lot of children, and definitely would not recommend for a couple holiday. They are screaming and running since early morning in the corridors and doors are not soundproof. Restaurant for the breakfast can't cover capacity of the hotel, it's overcrowded, loud, looks like children canteen on excursion, pushing you and going between your legs. Everything in hotel is chargeable, lockers for the luggage, scale for the luggage, electricity adapters... If you wish to open the locker to grab anything while you are waiting for the room, you have to pay again, as you are not supposed to open once is locked. Very funny! Water bottle you get only on the first day. The worst of everything is the food in terms of very limited choice and low quality. Only good stuff is staff, nice and polite. I am saying to stars, only because of good staff and location.

Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.
