The resort is large, but the separation between the Gardens and the Hotel sections is disappointing. It doesn't really feel like the Hotel section offers better facilities, so it's unclear what you're actually paying extra for. I didn't see the Gardens rooms, but the maintenance of the Hotel rooms definitely doesn't match a 4-star standard. The rooms aren't really cleaned—housekeeping just makes the beds. They leave the same bed linens on, don't replace the towels, and the overall cleaning is minimal. There's only one soap dispenser for hands, body, and hair. No conditioner or any other toiletries. It's all very basic.The bathroom drainage was also terrible—the water drained very slowly, causing it to pool in the shower, which was quite unpleasant. The maintenance guy came to fix it twice, but it didn't help,do we gave up on telling them about it again . The staff are friendly, but the service level isn't what you'd expect. The attitude is basically, "It is what it is." The food in the main restaurant is quite good and offers a nice variety. However, if you book the all-inclusive package, the drinks and desserts are very basic, and after a couple of days they become repetitive. The water slides look quite old, but my child enjoyed them, so that was a positive. The evening entertainment is repetitive. There isn't really an entertainment team. There's one woman who gets the kids dancing for two or three songs, then there's a bingo game that costs extra to participate in. After that, I'm not sure what happens because it was already late for the kids, so we went to bed. But those two activities were the same every evening. The kids' club was also disappointing and not very inviting. Soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything happening in the hallway very clearly, and the kids had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Finally, the hotel's location is disappointing. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood that looks quite run-down, which wasn't the atmosphere we expected.

1st day arrival experience with potter was not as expected as we struggle to locate our block and room at midnight in darkness. I had a disabled elderly lady and 2 big suitcases and bit of far walk. But from next day dinner and bar service staff gave excellent service and we felt that place is good and we can manage 14 days. Special thanks to George restaurant manager who nicely talked and welcomed us every time. Staff Mia, Eia, Efi, Sorna, Binod were very helpful and welcoming made our experience the best. The food was extra tasteful with various options. Thanks to good chefs who prepared them. We stayed 14 days and everyday we had a various tasteful dishes. Definitely a lovely place to visit.

We arrived quite late at the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags and grab a plate of food from the buffet before checking in, which was really appreciated after travelling. Once we got to our room, we found it to be quite basic but comfortable. It was a twin room with both a bath and shower, a TV with English channels, and a hairdryer provided. The entertainment at the hotel is good, with plenty of seating areas around the venue. However, on busier nights it can be difficult to find a seat as many guests come down for the evening entertainment. Most of the entertainment is child-focused, but after 10pm they also offer activities for adults such as bingo and karaoke. The swimming pools are quite cold, although still bearable, and there are plenty of sun loungers available around the site. The food can be a bit hit and miss depending on the night, but they do themed evenings such as Asian and Greek cuisine. There are lots of options for fussy eaters and vegetarians, although allergens and intolerances are not clearly displayed, so you need to speak to a member of staff for information. The hotel is located slightly away from the busy parts of the area, but it’s only around a 15–20 minute walk to both the old town and the main road where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The mall is also only about a 10-minute walk away and has a good selection of food places and shops. On site there is also a mini market, laundry room, and restaurant, which is very convenient. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff have been nothing but helpful throughout, and the cleaning staff are fantastic and always happy to help with extra amenities if needed.

I am here now been here 4 days already and it is a lovely place, the all inclusive food is amazing, they do a different themed meal every night from Greek to Asian roasts my son is very fussy with food but their is pizza and chips every night ice cream snack bar through the day their is a little shop on site that we have only just found. A laundry room aswell as the bar and entertainment their is a pub connected to the site with football food etc ypu get a money off voucher the main strip is about a 15/20 minute walk and a bus route takes about 5 mins. Entertainment for the little ones is really good too.

Stayed Easter 2025, family of 4 (two teenagers) Overall, very good. Marketed as 3* but the food is 4* easy and the overall atmosphere at the hotel is very good - relaxed but not dead. Rooms were simple, clean, tidy. Service really good, with no issues. Main pool area good and no nonsense with sun loungers - we put towels out c9am and loads to choose from. Didn't use other pools but seemed more hectic (as you'd expect for kids pools). Entertainment was fine, not world-beating but decent enough. Location is a bit weird in that its away from other hotels and the harbour. But only a 20min walk to the main harbour area. And very handy for the Kings Mall (which is quite good). There was also an absolutely brilliant bakery around the corner (left out front of hotel and then left again, 5min walk). Overall, would recommend. Very good value vs 4* and 5* AI hotels.
