Loved our stay. First time all inclusive so as a mum I actually felt like I had a holiday as no washing up or prepping dinner. Would like to return.

Room was basic, but everthing we needed. Bedding and towels changed regularly. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Olga who worked in the dolphin bar. What a lovely, friendly and thoughtful lady. Hope to go back again.

Came here of February half term.
The hotel is lovely, all the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious especially the creme caramel. Theme night changed everyday.
Rooms are plain but very comfortable with heating for the cold nights. The only thing my 17 year old daughter said her bed was a bit hard for her (Maybe a topper would have helped).
We didn't go into the outdoor pool as it was too cold but we did try the indoor one unfortunately we found this also
cold which may be because they had the outdoor doors open. We enjoyed playing table tennis (free) and pool €2 a go.

Foods cold with the option to microwave (if you like it hot -as the sign says), indoor pool is not heated, air con is only switched on during summer months otherwise it's hot air in your room only.
However the staff are lovely and very helpful.

I was expecting totally different. Activities ti child's like a kid's corner work only few hours per day. But per day people go out enjoy nature. And in evenings more need kid's activity. But there doesn't work.
No information or offer from employees about offers what they have to thims guests.
I was planning that per day we go out and in evenings enjoy time in hotel. But it's not possible. No SPA, no indoor pool doesn't work in evenings.
This morning, 7 o'clock, sambody decided to make works with big noise like a metal dragged over corridor. It's hotel where people came rest. I think it's no respect 😕
Just I can give comments to a houskeeping girls - rooms clean and stayover room always nice maked! Thanks

Breakfast at the Alexander Restaurant
07:00-10:00 Full Buffet with selection of breads, butter, margarine, jams, honey, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, sausages, various egg dishes, various hot items rotating such as, sauté potatoes and many more.
Lunch at the Alexander Restaurant:
12:30-14:30 the full lunch Buffet (or a la carte depending on occupancies) is available for the all-inclusive guests.
Dinner at the Alexander Restaurant
19:00-21:30 The rich dinner buffet includes a selection of breads, soup of the day, various salads and cold starters, a selection of hot main courses including vegetables, potatoes and additional sides, homemade desserts, fruits, and ice cream. Themed dinner nights are also hosted here, such as BBQ night, Carvery night, Greek Night and Cypriot Night.
Snacks at Pool Bar:
10:30-12:00 & 15:30-17:00 A variety of cold and hot snacks are served at our pool bar. A ‘delights ice cream trolley’ for children is available daily between 15:00 and 17:00.
