Nestling in a peaceful location, off the Tombs of the Kings road, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it's the ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. This elegant holiday resort is the perfect holiday setting for both families and couples.

Was a nice holiday. It’s a nice hotel. The down falls was 1. the snack bar hardly any food kids will eat mainly salad cheese and ham and had some more bits in afternoon but not a lot of choice. 2. The food was good but missing something like seasoning nothing was spicy. If you have children who are a bit fussy then options for food are slim. They have chips some times had nuggets. The rest was more adult meals. 3. One morning we were around the pool and it went from being hot and sunny to rain and people moved inside while it passed and they closed the pool bar down at 11:30am by dinner time it was hot again and they didn’t re open the pool bar even though a lot of people outside aha ing to walk to indoor bar on 1st floor for drinks. I did ask and never got an answer. 4. Service. The rooms have this silly metal piece on the key you put in the slot to get electricity and you only get one key and can’t take metal thing off it. I take my daughter back to room at 9pm for bed time and stay with her and fall asleep with her while my rest of family watch entertainment. I asked front desk for extra key so my partner didn’t have to bang on door and call me to wake me up to be told NO it’s health and safety eve after explaining the situation and I’m not just trying to leave air con on all day was told no. It’s stupid in my opinion. Other than that the location was beautiful the hotel is nice the rooms are clean it’s the little things they trip up on. And lastly was the indoor pool With spa the lady who works the spa desk was shouting at kids for being loud as someone getting a massage I don’t know what they are thinking are the kids supposed to stand quiet in water? I was with my daughter in the pool just swimming and the woman was shouting at me to be quiet as 2 teenagers in bottom end of pool where wrestling and having a good time. I left the pool and 2 days later my partner was told the same when other kids were playing.
I visited this hotel in March. Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition and clearly in need of a complete renovation. There was no animation or entertainment, which made the stay quite boring, especially for families. The food lacked variety and was repetitive throughout the stay, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located on the first line of the beach, which is a big plus. However, it is a bit far from shops and the town center, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

This was the 4th time that we've stayed here. Why, because for us, everything ticks all of the boxes. It doesn't even feel or look like a hotel. More like a small village with apartments that are spread out. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and love a good laugh. The location is perfect for us. Right on the beach with great views and amazing sunsets. Quiet location but only a 5-10 minute drive into the harbour, or, if you love walking, you can take a 4.5 mile walk along the coast line with great views to the harbour. The food is amazing. Always a different theme night in the restaurant so a great variety of food to choose from. Highly recommend the freshly cooked omelette for breakfast with your choice of fillings. Always clean throughout and a great choice of drinks. Now, the entertainment team. The manager, Luke, or as we've nicknamed Elvis, is good at his job. He gets people up and involved in the activities and its always a laugh. It does get a bit competitive, especially when its men vs women! He also helps with any questions, whether about the hotel or local recommendations. His helper, I believe her name is Sarah. Sorry if it's wrong, is the quieter one of the 2, but is just as good. She does more of the agile activities but does also cover for Elvis when needs to. She has a different way of playing some of the activities from Luke, which spices things up.
We will be back again in November and March next year. Great place to chill before and after xmas.

We stayed at Akti Beach for a week at the beginning of march. The weather was on average 21°c for the week which was perfect, the hotel was around a 45 minute bus transfer from the airport and 5 minute drive from paphos old town and harbour.
as for the hotel itself it was absolutely beautiful, the staff are so welcoming and we would like to specifically thank viktoria and vladimir (bar staff) they never had an issue with what we asked for, always smiling and so happy to help and have a chat while ordering our drinks.
the room was so lovely and clean at all times, housekeeping always done a wonderful job and we could always tell they had been in, the rooms are a fantastic size with a bath and shower and a large balcony

Had an amazing weeks stay . The location was great with a reasonable walk to local transport. The beach and coastal walk are just behind the resort. The apartment was clean with 2 balconies and was very comfortable for a family of 4 . The food and drink had a great range of choice , we went all inclusive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again .
