Absolutely lovely stay at Akti Beach. The staff are amazing. Lovely quiet spacious apartment, cleaned every day by very smiley and hardworking staff. Food great and loads of sunbeds to choose a spot you like. Great sea front location with fab walks to enjoy. Great value for money, we will definitely be back again. We always have a hire car and get out and about only downside is if you do not have transport bit of a hike to any bars or restaurants. But car hire taxi and buses available. Thanks to all the staff we had the best time, see you again soon xx

I feel I needed to make this review of my recent stay at this hotel there is a few points I need to make. decided to try this hotel as the view looked stunning but we had rooms away from the view of the sea the room itself was cleaned everyday by a cleaner working hard cleaning floor doing a wonderful job, but one night there was cockroach in our room I had to get it out. the first day the breakfast was fine but after that the food was cold and cold food would be a common occurrence throughout my stay it would get worse as the holiday progressed, the meals at night was inedible the same mass produced stuff which look reused and reheated put out there I saw tongs that people had touched with sitting on the food also the breakfast's food was terrible cold sausages stinking with a foul smell/taste also the scrambled eggs were foul I seen other people looking at their food and making faces, the drinks were poor unless you bought your own I see a few people going into the shop to by their own beer but which makes things worse terrible food with not much of choice but to get taxis at night to get out of the place at night to get a decent meal somewhere as you don't come all that way on holiday to eat rubbish your in the middle of nowhere no restaurants nearby just only the hotel's mini market with not much of a choice.I have to says about the workers they work really hard do their well to serve us but was told that they eat the cold horrible food left overs in the all inclusive which is shocking to hear. Entertainment at night is a squeaky magic clown which was humiliating to sit through it was like a child's entertainer for adults all he did to communicate was squeak! then there was karaoke night with drunk rowdy singers who could not sing it was loud and awful some people there did not wash as they were smelly.

1st visit here and we loved it. We had a 1st floor studio behind the main hotel in one of the 2 storey little buildings that are built like a little town around cobbled pathways and green squares. Very peaceful and a short walk to the pool and restaurant. The hotel is right on the seafront and has a lovely little cove that you can swim in. The 2 pools are lovely and clean as is the whole hotel. It's location is not really near much but this didn't bother us as you can get the bus/taxi into Paphos if you wanted more entertainment. Excellent food and drink. There is a brilliant coastal path that runs right into Paphos (about 4 miles walk) and the Tomb of the Kings is an easy 30 minutes walk away and worth a visit ( €2.50 entry).
Brilliant place to stay, we will return!

Just had a week at Akti beach and tbh it grew on us!
Amazing view, stayed in room 111, large terrace, clean but basic but enough for our needs.
Staff were friendly, food was good a variety and always fresh and replenished quickly.
Hired a car as its a bit isolated if you want to explore and not sunbathe all day.
Lovely pool x 2 plenty of sunbeds.
Entertainment was not the best but all round family Entertainment with littles one's.( disco, quiz, karaoke, dancers )
Lovely prom to walk along from the hotel to the harbour ( 1hr 30mins )
Would we return? Yes we definitely would. 😀😀😀
We had such an amazing stay at Akti Beach Hotel & Village Resort — everything was spot on from start to finish.
The food selection at the buffet was excellent, with great variety and quality every day. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and especially helpful with our daughters, which made a big difference to our experience.
A massive shoutout has to go to the entertainment team — Alessi, Valeria and Tony. They truly put the icing on the cake for our trip. Their energy, kindness, and ability to get everyone involved in activities was brilliant. They were amazing with our kids, who haven’t stopped talking about them since we got home.
We had a lovely sit down with Alessi and a chat and just made us connect on a real personal level. He really is an asset to this hotel. You can feel his passion and energy from the minute you see him in the morning. Honestly he is fantastic!
The kids’ disco was a real highlight in the evenings. The consistency of the songs each night meant our girls quickly picked up all the dance moves and absolutely loved it.
The location of the hotel is beautiful, right on the sea with its own little private cove, which was a lovely touch. We also treated ourselves to a spa massage. I had the deep tissue, which was fantastic.
The pool bar was great with friendly staff, the apartment was clean, and the facilities were always well maintained. The toilets were consistently clean and fresh.
We also booked the coach trips through the hotel, heading to Paphos Harbour one day and Paphos Old Town another, both are highly recommended and really easy to arrange directly at the hotel.
The only small downside was that the outdoor pool was a bit cold for the kids, but that’s to be expected in the early season. The indoor pool made up for it, and we still had plenty of fun splashing about.
All in all, we had a brilliant time and made some amazing family memories.
A final big thank you again to Alessi and Valeria, you were incredible and truly made our holiday what it was.
