Nestling in a peaceful location, off the Tombs of the Kings road, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it's the ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. This elegant holiday resort is the perfect holiday setting for both families and couples.

Lovely hotel with clean comfortable rooms and frequent towel changes etc. Food was nice with plenty of choice. One pool which was busy but quieter area on grass. Bit of a rush for the sunbeds but there was usually one available nearer the beach. Quite far to walk into town, had to get taxis. Entertainment was good. The best bit was the amazing staff, all cheerful and couldn’t do enough for you. It really makes a difference as they were so helpful and obliging.
My daughter Poppy & I had a lovely week here in June 2026. Set in lovely grounds with 3 pools to choose from. Two outside & one inside.
The hotel is situated in a gorgeous setting with a stunning cove immediately in front of the hotel's gardens & sunbathing area.
Nice to swim in just remember to take some sea shoes as it is a little unsteady underfoot.
The hotel room we had was in the village setting. Large, clean, cool. Just right for our stay.
The food was plentiful & fresh.
The staff are lovely from the reception team to the waiting staff all really nice.
The entertainment team especially the spanish girl was very sweet & lovely to be around.
Had a wellness massage in the onsite spa. Which was great.
All in all a lovely stay & hope to return one day.

An Exceptional Oasis of Comfort and World-Class HospitalityFrom the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a truly memorable stay. This hotel sets a gold standard for hospitality, seamlessly blending luxury, comfort, and top-tier service. The check-in process was effortless, and the front desk staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home.The accommodations were spectacular. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern aesthetics and cozy comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, outfitted with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, from the ambient lighting options to the well-stocked premium amenities and the stunning view from the large windows.Beyond the room, the hotel facilities were outstanding. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area offered a serene, resort-like escape from the daily hustle. Dining at the on-site restaurant was another major highlight. Every meal was a culinary delight, featuring fresh, beautifully presented ingredients, accompanied by an impressive beverage selection and highly attentive waiting staff.What truly elevates this property above the rest, however, is its incredible team. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort, anticipating my needs with a smile. The location is also ideal, offering convenient access to local attractions while remaining a quiet, peaceful sanctuary to return to at night. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Booked this a while ago and got it for a great price for a weeks long all inclusive.
Sometimes you don’t know what to expect but this place has delivered on all fronts.
Lovely big rooms with great big bed and lovely bathroom, tv and great balcony with gorgeous view.
The food has been very impressive considering it’s a buffet. They put a lot of effort into giving you a good variety of foods each night with themes and it’s all cooked beautifully.
You have two lovely pools and pool bars. Plenty of sun-beds on offer around pool and next to the sea.
Staff are super helpful and attentive of all your needs and best of all the place is spotlessly clean.
Entertainment is pretty good too and as you are on the coastal path it’s perfect for getting a drink and watching the world go by with a gorgeous see view backdrop!
We had such an amazing stay at Akti Beach Hotel & Village Resort — everything was spot on from start to finish.
The food selection at the buffet was excellent, with great variety and quality every day. All the staff were incredibly accommodating and especially helpful with our daughters, which made a big difference to our experience.
A massive shoutout has to go to the entertainment team — Alessi, Valeria and Tony. They truly put the icing on the cake for our trip. Their energy, kindness, and ability to get everyone involved in activities was brilliant. They were amazing with our kids, who haven’t stopped talking about them since we got home.
We had a lovely sit down with Alessi and a chat and just made us connect on a real personal level. He really is an asset to this hotel. You can feel his passion and energy from the minute you see him in the morning. Honestly he is fantastic!
The kids’ disco was a real highlight in the evenings. The consistency of the songs each night meant our girls quickly picked up all the dance moves and absolutely loved it.
The location of the hotel is beautiful, right on the sea with its own little private cove, which was a lovely touch. We also treated ourselves to a spa massage. I had the deep tissue, which was fantastic.
The pool bar was great with friendly staff, the apartment was clean, and the facilities were always well maintained. The toilets were consistently clean and fresh.
We also booked the coach trips through the hotel, heading to Paphos Harbour one day and Paphos Old Town another, both are highly recommended and really easy to arrange directly at the hotel.
The only small downside was that the outdoor pool was a bit cold for the kids, but that’s to be expected in the early season. The indoor pool made up for it, and we still had plenty of fun splashing about.
All in all, we had a brilliant time and made some amazing family memories.
A final big thank you again to Alessi and Valeria, you were incredible and truly made our holiday what it was.
