The Akti Beach Village Resort is situated 4 km away from the picturesque fishing harbour and Pafos town, with its many restaurants bars and taverns, situated in a peaceful location, back from the main road to the Coral Bay and with direct access to the beach.
Nestling in a peaceful location, off the Tombs of the Kings road, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it's the ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. This elegant holiday resort is the perfect holiday setting for both families and couples.

We booked a long weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The hotel and apartments are very clean. The staff very polite and helpful. Especially the reception lady. We were given a great room overlooking both the pool and the sea. The rooms are spacious, especially for studios. The balcony is a good size (not pokey like some other hotels). The hotel's food - I can only speak for breakfast, but boy what a variety! Whether you want meats and cheeses, salads, hot breakfast, eggs fried/scrambled/boiled, bacon, sausages, baked beans, frankfurters, small fried potato squares. Breads, croissants, pasties, sauces, dips, yogurts etc its got the lot! All clean, all fresh. Breakfast 7am until 10am.
The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the old town, Paphos mall and the harbour. It runs 2 trips a day, one way is €3, and to/return is €5.
The hotel has both outside and inside swimming pools. Perfect for swimming whatever the weather. The is a small beach, I believe imported sand, as Paphos is usually rocky. There is plenty of sunbeds and seating areas - all around, pool, beach and on greenery surrounding.
I also noticed slopes accessible for disability or those that find steps hard.
There are also bars open, a mini market (doesn't sell too many things, but your main coffee/sugar milk).
There are a lot of pros when discussing Atki beach hotel and village resort. Families, couples and those who prefer a slower pace will love it here.
Cons - its out of the way, Perfect for relaxing, not so great for those who love shops and bustle. (Unless you get the shuttle). Teenagers might get bored.
Overall our stay was perfect, and what's more we we're surprised to receive a plate of fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine on our actual wedding anniversary day.

I was at Akti Resort during a long weekend for a wedding. What a pleasure to arrive in a place like this. The location is incredible with the sea reachable in a few step - I did a little run along the coast it was great - and the people working are really helpful. The room was perfect with a vew on the sea. Awesome.
Hope to be able to come back one day !

I absolutely loved my stay at Akti Beach Village Resort! The location is perfect — you can choose between three beautiful pools or direct access to the sea for great snorkeling with colorful fish. The bungalows are charming, comfortable, and authentic, each with a small private balcony. The all-inclusive package was excellent: delicious and varied meals, tasty cocktails, and very friendly staff who do everything to make your stay perfect. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Cyprus! 🌴✨

Superb little hotel. Both pools are clean and well maintained, plenty of sun loungers so there's never a fight to get some well positioned ones. Food selection is great, drink selection is good for all inclusive and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. There's a lovely little cove at the bottom of the hotel, perfect for a dip in the sea.
Only thing I can fault is the poolside music is very repetitive and it's a little bit out of the way of main Paphos so make sure you budget around $30-$40 for a return taxi journey. Other than that, a great hotel for a week away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Food and drink was great. Studio room we had was very spacious and clean. Pools were good and regularly saw the maintenance team taking water samples and cleaning them. The resort is a little way out from the main centre so always had to use either the shuttle bus or a taxi (too hot to walk!) Local cats around the resort are super friendly and appreciate a few treats and biscuits. I would definitely visit again.
