An Exceptional Stay – We Will Definitely Be Back! We stayed at Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel in July, and once again, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and boasts the best possible location. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away, including excellent cafés, bakeries, shops, and everything that makes a holiday even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more special. A very special thank you for upgrading our room to the most beautiful suite. This wonderful surprise truly put the finishing touch on our holiday and made our stay unforgettable. We appreciated this thoughtful gesture more than words can express! This was our second stay at Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel, and we were just as impressed as the first time. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and for creating such a memorable experience. We chose Vassos Nissi Plage for our first family holiday and a birthday celebration and unfortunately an incident during our stay, and particularly the way it was handled afterwards, left us extremely disappointed. During an incident around the pool, another guest became aggressive and repeatedly called me an “English pig”. My 8-year-old daughter witnessed what happened and was extremely distressed and in tears. The gentleman was eventually escorted away from the pool area and, from what we witnessed, out towards the road. What has disappointed us just as much has been the handling of our concerns afterwards. We raised the incident with management at the time and subsequently raised questions about pool supervision, security and access to the hotel. We were particularly concerned about lifeguard coverage across the three pools and access to the hotel from the beach. Following our complaint, we also asked whether CCTV of the incident had been reviewed. We were subsequently told that details of CCTV/security arrangements could not be provided. We were not asking for another guest's personal information – we simply wanted to understand whether potentially relevant footage had been considered when investigating what happened. There have also been conflicting accounts during the complaints process about what happened and what we were told afterwards, which has added to our disappointment. I completely appreciate that a hotel cannot control the behaviour of every guest and I would not hold a hotel responsible simply because two guests have a disagreement. My disappointment is with how such a serious incident was subsequently handled and investigated, particularly when a child was left so distressed. This was supposed to be a really special first family holiday and unfortunately this incident and what followed has overshadowed what should have been some wonderful memories.

A very well positioned hotel, right on Nissi beach, close to restaurants, beach club, supermarket. Most rooms have spectacular views of the bay and Nissi beach.. It is very clean and is cleaned rigorously daily. The fridge does not cool. The elevator is a bit crowded, especially in the morning and evening. In the evening after the hotel bar closes, around 23:00, you have nowhere to buy drinking water. The hotel provides only one bottle of water on the first day

We spent 5 nights at the hotel with my partner. The food was absolutely delicious, and we experienced very high-quality service. The staff were kind, friendly, always smiling, and helpful. The common areas, the pool area, and the sunbathing section were all clean and well-maintained. We would like to thank all the hotel staff for this wonderful 5 days — we will definitely return!
