The only thing that keeps this hotel in the top is the location. It is located one step away from the beach. The rooms are big, but not maintained. The cleanless is basic: clean sheets and towels, other than that I would call it mediocre. Food acceptable, but nothing wow. We had an issue: the room was very noisy due to the hotel across the street and when we brought this up at the reception, nobody was interested in coming up with a solution. Being with a baby, this was a deal breaker for us. Steve was very friendly… I would say, the only person interested in helping or communicating with the guests. I looked through the reviews saying food and cleanless was great and I wonder if those people were at the same hotel

We stayed at the Nissi Plage Hotel for a week and the hotel was lovely. A big thank you to Steve (DJ Steve-O) on the front desk who made you feel very welcome and helped with absolutely everything he could as well as the bar staff who put up with us! Cannot fault our stay here and you are right on the beach front for easy access. Would stay here again!

Had an amazing time. Very lovely people working at the hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast and the best beach next to the hotel. Also supermarket,bakery, coffee very close and if you like going out, the strip is just a couple of minutes driving. Best vacation ever, I will definitely come back to this hotel!!!

A lot can be written about the incomparable place where this hotel is located. It is unique and can be one of the pleasant, cozy and magnificent places, beaches in general, that you can find. This beach right in front of the hotel is incredible. It is great for everyone, for teenagers, for children, for adults, for the elderly. Everyone will be very happy with this beach, clean waters. This beach, as far as I remember, has a Blue Flag rating. The hotel itself is not five-star, but purely four-star. And a good four-star one. The staff there is normal. Everything is clean there. Our room had a balcony and a view of this incredible beach. The bathroom is good, clean. The cleaning lady was professional and courteous. I noticed her all day long and she worked incessantly. The lobby of the hotel is good. And their very large pool is especially good. I fell in love with this pool and swam there a lot. There is an excellent café-bar by the pool. Several chairs are mounted right in the water of the pool. It's great. The dinner there was good. The area of this dining room is good and large. Yes, after a week dinner will seem monotonous to you, but everything there, really everything was delicious. Especially pleasant was, that their cold and hot drinks were good, of high quality. The price of a stay in such a hotel in such a place with such a beach cannot be small. But it turned out that it is much less than the price at all completely luxury hotel, with an incredible huge yard and infrastructure with many swimming pools and other facilities, which is located very close.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in September. For us it is important to swim in the sea on holiday, so we were very happy as the beach there is absolutely gorgeous. The water is not deep, so the sea gets warm, no big waves as the bay is sort of “enclosed” on the sides, water is very clear. Beautiful beach, even though a bit overcrowded sometimes, but you still can find the space to swim and there are less people on the beach in the early morning. We got a sea view room, which was with the nice view. All staff (reception, cleaner, people at breakfast restaurant and the Famous restaurant) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, we really liked their staff. We only booked breakfast which was ok, always something to choose from but it’s pretty much the same menu every day for breakfast. I also liked their fresh bread buns and selection of yogurts Room is cleaned every day and it felt clean, we liked it. Negatives: AC in the room could be a bit stronger. Water pressure in the shower was weak. I didn’t find Decaf coffee options at breakfast, so had to buy my own decaf in the small shop in front of the hotel.
