All of the bar, table waiting, cooking and cleaning staff work incredibly hard
The rooms are all lovely, you have an option to pay for the better positioned room.
The room cleaning is excellent every day.
There is a coastal walkway in both directions from the back of the resort. You could walk all the way into Paphos or in the opposite direction.
The hotel runs a free minibus service into Paphos a few times a day and five days a week. I think it should be every day.
We did 2 Jeep safaris via Georgio mini bus driver, well worth the cost (45/50 €), Akamas Peninsula & Troodos Mountains.
Entertainment at the hotel could be improved, The "Nightclub" venue is quite uninviting. Its like a converted underground bunker. The stage is tiny and the lighting too bright. The sound bounces off all the walls and can be just too much. Pool and Sunbeds very good quality, plentiful (at low season), and very chilled relaxed atmosphere.
The only off-putting element of the hotel in our opinion is the restaurant ( there is currently only one not two as advertised which is buffet style service). The food is excellent and amazing choices every day at breakfast, lunch and dinner, however the volume of noise at busy times is almost unbearable. If you don't like eating with a lot of clatter and plate rattling and chair scraping then learning to time your meals and eating breafast outside really helps but it can take a few days to figure this out.
After evening meals a lot of people congregate in the bar area to chill often playing card games.
I think the hotel is rated as 4 Star, I feel its just below that at the moment, maybe lacking in character, not on account of the hard working staff more due to the facilities and management policy.
One tiny example which was mentioned by others a lot is the fact that on an all inclusive stay, you can drink as much alcohol as you wish all day long but fresh Orange juice you have to pay for (4€), which is just ridiculous.
Food slop waste/scrapings stations need to be taken out of the restaurant to reduce noise and unsightly view for guests.
Overall very good value for money and lovely setting.
Many thanks to all the staff, especially Lorina our brilliant friendly and hard working waitress who added to our lovely meals with her caring nature.

Paid £230 extra for a Pool view room with terrace or enclosed balcony. DISAPPOINTED See pics.
Asked twice to change rooms but told hotel full....not true.
Told no books apart from a few at reception....not true good choice in the children's room but animation lady did not want to give access to them.
Hotel wanted me to use a taxi cost 22 euro when I had requested another family company cost 15 euro...
Never enough seats in the bar area, space but no furniture.
Food good. Bar staff and restaurant staff very hard working.

Disappointed to say that it was not worth the money we paid! The room was far away and we had to go down with stairs although i mentioned during the booking that i had a baby 1 year old with me which made it hard with the stroller! No cotton buds etc in the bathroom, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the phone was broken! The worst part was that we found two small cockroaches inside the bath. Who would expect this from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was good but can obviously be better for a 4 star hotel. Asked for a fresh orange juice and they didn't have.

The hotel was great (food, service, cleanliness, short distances to our room), the sunsets romantic. The language we used was English. The waiters worked extremely together - a real team, perfectly organized

The hotel itself is bright and clean, but a little characterless. The room we had was functional and clean but you have to be a contortionist to use the toilet as it's very close to the sink. However, the real plus point of this hotel are the staff. They are very friendly always smiling and helpful. Special mention to our waitress. Lorena, who always made us feel very welcome.
